Juju Necklace Black with Beige Coloured Shell
Share
| These beautiful, feathered Juju Hats are traditionally worn by Bamileke dancers of the Kuosi [Elephant] Society. Wearing an elaborate beaded elephant mask, leopard skin and a red feather headdress they performed ritualistic dances for their King.
Natural and dyed chicken feathers have been seen into a macrame necklace. This version is a perfect way to add texture, colour and a tribal element to a room. As an alternative to wall mounting, display the headdress on a table or shelf with the black metal stand. |
