Please choose carefully… We do not offer refunds if you:

  • simply change your mind, or
  • make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund or exchange when the item(s):

  • are faulty
  • have been wrongly described
  • are different from a sample displayed to you, or
  • do not do what they are supposed to.

Damage resulting from postage are out of our control and need to be investigated by the shipping agent. Postage insurance is available during checkout.

All claims need to be lodged within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

Please retain your online receipt as proof of purchase.
